If you receive any product damaged we will take it back without question

• Report damage within 24 hours of receipt, either call or e-mail, we will then contact shipping company.
• Then send it to : freight prepaid
• We will then submit a report wait for your return and process a new order once we have received the damaged product.

If you change your mind or are dissatisfied we will take it back

• Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition and in original package in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of shipment
• No Exchange and/or Refunds will be given on:

·         Final Sale

·         Custom order

·         Used or damaged products

·         Hygienic products (such as toileting aids, urinals, stockings, bed pans, etc.) We would never resell these products to you, which is why we can’t take them back.

If you notice defects in the product

• Seniors Store is not a manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranties, including warranties, if any, as to the compliance with regulatory authorities, are solely those of the manufacturers.
• However, call us to let us know what has happened, we can speak to our manufacturers and let them know what the problem is on your behalf. We will do all the leg work and do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
• Once the supplier or manufacturer is satisfied that the product needs to be returned we will arrange for repair or replacement, as well as making sure the product is sent back to you as soon as possible.
