Special Circumstances - Covid 19
Unfortunately, due to the current situation we reserve the right to refuse return on any product that can be used in a hygiene setting. For example, products in use on wheelchairs or in bathroom and bedroom settings (in addition to those already deemed as hygiene items) may be deemed as unreturnable. We want to reassure our clients that we would never re-sell an item that may put them at risk. Please check in with the staff at our store if you are not 100% certain that you are purchasing the correct product.
This new policy does not affect opolicy on damaged or defective products.
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction!
In order to fulfill that goal, we highly recommend that you access medical professionals in determining that the product you are thinking of ordering is suitable for the person who will use it. If you need to order something that you are not familiar with, please contact the store for assistance. We are always happy to help you and can direct you to sources of additional information.

If your shipment is damaged during shipping:

Report damage within 24 hours of receipt, either by phone or e-mail.

We will follow up with the shipping company and advise you as to next steps.
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied we will take it back:

Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition and in original package in order to receive credit.

Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred that were not originally charged on the order.

Notification of the need to return must be given within 30 days of receipt and the product must be returned within another 10 days.

Obviously used or damaged products

Hygiene products (products used next to the skin, including toileting aids, bathing aids and clothing). We would never resell these products to you, which is why we do not take them back.
If you notice defects in the product:

Seniors Store is not a manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranties, including warranties, if any, as to the compliance with regulatory authorities, are solely those of the manufacturers.

However, call us to let us know what has happened, we can speak to our manufacturers and let them know what the problem is on your behalf. We will do all the leg work and do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

Once the supplier or manufacturer is satisfied that the product needs to be returned we will arrange for repair or replacement, as well as making sure the product is sent back to you as soon as possible.
