The cover is removable with a zipper along the bottom and it is cleanable. Available in three sizes, this mattress is designed to pair perfectly with the Harmony 8199 Home Care Bed and the Harmony Hi Low in the Twin XL and Queen sizes to provide the perfect solution to your home care needs.
