Equalization technology
Atlas Auto Comfort uses equalization technology to provide maximum pressure redistribution to prevent pressure injuries or to support the healing process. Beneath the 2” top layer of gel swirl foam there is a series of ten (10) interconnected chambers in a closed circuit. Air remains inside the chambers and helps to automatically redistribute the client’s weight.
Sloped foot section
Surface includes a 5-degree sloped foot section to help transfer excess pressure from the heels.
