Theraputy is available in five colours which have five different consistencies ranging from extra soft for strengthening weaker grasp to firm for developing stronger than normal grasps.
The putty is clean and easy to use, however, in institutional settings it is advisable to use a glove over scar tissue to prevent cross infection.
