Title: It works beautifully
Hi Seniors Store,
Just wanted to let you know we tried the wheelchair for the first time this past Wed. It works beautifully, easy to put together and put away, glides very smoothly. The pillow is also very good. Mom had an appt at the hospital clinic. She had to sit in the chair for a couple of hours and didn't complain once about any discomfort. We are very happy with the products, but more importantly, we are very happy with the level of service you provided and your suggestions. It really did help, since we know nothing about wheelchairs or medical supplies.

The service provided by Seniors Store was way above the common cliché "above and beyond". They communicated with all parties (hospital rep, patient and patient’s rep) regularly to ensure products was the right one, offered products at a very competitive price, delivered products on time and for testing, returned calls promptly and addressed warranty issues promptly. Ken's customer service was beyond exceptional as they behaved as if the patient’s needs were that of their own "flesh and blood". They displayed a level of caring and professionalism that was beyond reproach.

I tried to locate a half laptray online in the US and found the prices extremely high. I found the Seniors Store had the best price by far, even considering the shipping from Canada.
