Title: Above and Beyond
The service provided by Seniors Store was way above the common cliché "above and beyond". They communicated with all parties (hospital rep, patient and patient’s rep) regularly to ensure products was the right one, offered products at a very competitive price, delivered products on time and for testing, returned calls promptly and addressed warranty issues promptly. Ken's customer service was beyond exceptional as they behaved as if the patient’s needs were that of their own "flesh and blood". They displayed a level of caring and professionalism that was beyond reproach.
